• Manage and maintain current inventory
• Create effective strategies to manage variety of product categories
• Review and analysis inventory flow, predict and forecast future inventory need
• Measure customer forecast accuracy
• Collaborate with factory to set priority of item production
• Maintain ERP order status, review and release new order to factories
• Collaborate with vendor to ensure delivery schedule on time and on demand
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure product quality in IQC
• Support sales team to manage product shipping schedules
• Recommend and implement process improvement
• Support new ERP system implementation
• Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by senior staff or management. 

• Diploma or above
• At least 2 years relevant working experience
• Fresh graduates also welcomed to apply for a junior position
• Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
• Strong interests in data analysis, predictive analysis
• Proactive collaboration within multi-culture team-work environment
• Good language skill in English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Strong computer skill, proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, ERP system
