Job Responsibilities

• Arrange shipment collection and deliveries, manage & liaise with 3PLs to control freight cost
• Monitor shipment schedule, proactively keep track on shipment status
• Maintain accurate documentation, records, and files
• Support procurement activities, invoicing, import/export handling and inventory control management
• Assist the Manager to develop KPI and monitor the performance of service providers to meet company and customer requirements
• Prepare and consolidate regular reports to Management
• Assist in system enhancement and as hoc assignments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics or other related disciplines
• 2+ years relevant working experience, less experience will be considered as Assistant M&L Officer
• Familiar in shipment processing and logistics flow, knowledge in Dangerous Goods handling is a bonus
• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Work independently and willing to learn
• Organized and able to work under a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of computer literacy in Excel
• Exposure in BI reporting system, ERP, and warehouse practices is an advantage
