Job Description

Reporting to Head of Planning APAC, the job incumbent is responsible for APAC planning on product assortments in efforts to maximize sales, profit & inventories.

Job Responsibilities

Pre-Season

  • Data Mining, Database Building and Maintenance for past and current seasons
  • Consolidate and to provide analysis from historical buys
  • Support building and simulation of Merchandising KPIs

In Season

  • Support OTB process preparation

  • Consolidate and analyze orders/forecast of each buy to explain variations vs budget
  • Support to ensure the quality of buy from key markets
  • Monitor regional pricing structure and local pricing co-efficient
  • Ensure on-time integration of forecast
  • Link with Supply Planning on Demand Review
  • Collaboration with close stakeholders, such as Merchandising, Customer Service, Commercial and Supply Planning teams etc.
  • Lead and manage the monthly rolling forecast of Never Out of Stock Program
  • Create and Manage Monthly Sell Out performance and in-season sales reporting
  • Support rolling out the worldwide buying planning system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of assortment planning experience in Fashion, FMCG, working in Retail, Licensees, Distributors, Franchises
  • Premium lifestyle brands is considered as a strong asset
  • Experience with retail/wholesale planning, forecasting and allocation
  • Eager to play as one Team with fair play, by daring and with tenacity
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to details
  • Business and result oriented
  • An entrepreneurial attitude, positive with multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment
  • Agile and flexible, ability to problem solve and build the solution in a systematic approach
  • Open to changes or even make the changes
  • Exceptional skills in collaboration, communication, and negotiation
  • Track record to work with diverse cultures is a must
  • Fluent English speaker. French and/or Asian languages a plus
  • Knowledge on Anaplan is a plus
