Responsibilities:

• Handle order documents, including PO, Invoice and well maintain the inventory system
• Arrange delivery schedule and handle inventory control
• Work closely with internal departments such as Sales / Laboratory / Finance on inventory matters
• Liaise with vendors and distributors for order processing
• Purchasing and sourcing of laboratory items / consumables
• Develop better strategy in higher cost effectiveness
• Ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor and complete within timeline

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in related discipline

• At least 1 year relevant working experience in purchasing field

• Familiar in using Excel and inventory recording system
• Able to cope with fast pace work environment with flexibility
• Good command of Chinese and English
