 Job Description

Advan Jewelry Ltd. is a manufacturer/exporter of fine jewelry. The company is currently expanding its operations. To cope with such developments, we are now inviting the right candidates to fill the following captioned vacancy with our Hong Kong Office:

Roles & Responsibilities:

l   Assist the Buyer in purchasing diamonds & precious stones.

l   Assist the Buyer in negotiating the most favorable terms & cost with vendors and ensuring on-time delivery of materials.

l   Maintain and build relationships with company suppliers for purchasing.

l   Contact suppliers, review packets of goods from suppliers and assort for buying decision as per company standards.

Requirements:

l   F.5 with 2 years working experience in gemstone or diamond purchasing.;

l   Diploma holder of GIA, FGA, DGA, GG or DG qualifications will be advantageous.

l   Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, with proficiency in PC skills

l   Team player, well-organized and interpersonal communications skills.

l   Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Stone Buyer.
