Responsibilities

-Responsible for manage budget and forecast;

-Manage procurement, ordering and logistic, based on sales forecasts and stock level, properly plan the regular and seasonal procurement to ensure purchasing order management runs smoothly and efficiently;  

-Develop, assess, evaluate and manage suppliers’ performance;

-Monitor goods quality, receive complaints and coordinate with relevant parties throughout the handling process;

-Participate in price negotiation to seek for optimal offers and deals with global and local vendors to build a mutually beneficial business relationship;

-Preparation of costings and other analytical reports for cost calculation, comparison, control, and other purposes;

-Communicate with Sales Department to source and develop new products and meet operations requirements;

-Experience in Printing and Packaging industry will be advantage

Job Requirements

-Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines;

-Minimum 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing field;

-Strong negotiation and vendor management skills;

-Good command of English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese) is a must;

- Multi-tasking skills, mature, responsible, self-motivated, able to work under pressure with tight deadline schedule;

-Good analytical skills, clear minded and able to resolve problems independently

-Travel to PRC factory if needed
