Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with customers and internal parties for stock planning and orders
- Follow up order issues with suppliers
- Prepare reports and report to Japan headquarters regularly
Requirements
- Degree holder
- At least 2 years relevant experience in purchasing, stock planning and order processing
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Fluent in Mandarin and Japanese (JLPT N2 or above)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word & Power Point)
- Well organized, multi-tasking and have good communication skills
