Job Description
PURCHASING ASSISTANT
ARCOTEK is a Distributor/Trading Company of Semiconductors, IP&E and Storage Products. We specialize in Memory I.C. Components and Storage Products
If you are ready for a challenge in the semiconductor industry and possess the following requirements, we need you.
Provide administrative support to the Purchasing Team:
- Update and maintain supplier database
- Send RFQs to suppliers
- Data entry and special projects are required
- Create and expedite purchase orders upon request
- Work closely with Logistics and Customer Service, Sales and Purchasing teams, to ensure total customer/supplier satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years Purchasing administrative experience
- Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills required.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Detail oriented
- Self-motivated
- Ability to understand industry dynamics
- Excellent computer skills
OUR OFFER:
- Starting salary is HKD16,000.00 and is commensurate with experience
- 5-day Work Week
