Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Follow up inquiries on sundries and store decoration including , metal, wood, acrylic, lighting and paper products.
- Sourcing vendors and conduct price comparison /quotation
- Review drawing/artwork to ensure consistency in design
- Travel to China for sample check , online and final inspection regularly when required
- Making inspection check list and following up both inhouse and 3rd party testing
- Prepare PO and routine reports as requested
- Follow up shipment arrangement and documents
- Communication with Europe sales office and vendors daily to update project status
- 3-5 years of merchandising experience ( if you have experience in sundries and store display items that is for sure an advantage )
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin
- With positive and proactive attitude
- Diploma or University graduate in related disciplines
- Knowledge of CE / Reach / Rohs / Food grade testing regulations and AQL inspection standard are appreciated
- Good problem - solving skills
- With a positive, smiley and flexible and mindset
