Company Info

United Search Group (USG) is the leading professional recruitment consultancy specialising in the recruitment of permanent, contract and temporary positions. We have offices in Hong Kong and in China, and our consulting staffs are with wealth of experiences in the industry.

Our Values:  To provide unrivalled professional services and foster strong personal relationships that champions trust and commitment. Many organizations are striving to make a profit, to "close the next deal" as quickly as possible and then move onto the next one often cause communication and interpersonal relationships between different parties to deteriorate. In the world of service providers, it is the relationship between consultants, candidates and clients that suffer as people feel that they are treated as a "commodity" rather than a person. However the nature of recruitment, training, development, retention, strongly suggests that greater interpersonal relationships be adopted to allow for trust and reputation to be built up over time. Regardless of the end result, people tend to remember the person rather than the company name; they remember who did a good job, gave the right advice, and who provided professional services. Each individual within and/or associated with USG are committed to being that person in adopting a “relationship first” approach.
At USG we promise to treat candidates and clients with respect and honesty, as a person and business partner.
