As a result of our continued succuss and prosperity on the IT&T and FMCG industries, we are currently hiring an ambitious recruitment consultant to join our family. 

Responsibilities

In this role you will be involved in prospecting, client presentations, interviewing, report writing and negotiating successful outcomes for all parties involved.  We are seeking self-motivated sales/business development professionals ideally with a demonstrable track record of business to business success.

• Perform business development on the new corporate accounts with clients' visit.
• Collect the job requirements from clients.
• Employ a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and contact new candidates, including head-hunting, online search, referral networking and database prospecting.
• Conduct candidate interviews to have a deep understanding of candidates.
• Coordinate with clients for interview arrangement and follow-up.
• Handle the offer negotiation process with both clients and candidates.
• Follow up with the invoice and payment after successful placements.

Requirements

• Strong interest in developing his/her long-term career in the recruitment industry.
• At least 1 year recruitment / 2 years sales experience in any discipline. (Less exp. will be considered as Researcher / Associate Consultant)
• Able to work in team / individually according to different recruitment projects
• Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines.
• Presentable with excellent communication skills in both English and Cantonese
• Mature and Result-oriented
• Strong work ethic
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
