Our client, a listed co is now looking for a high caliber for the following position:

Procurement Officer / Assistant Procurement Manager

Responsibilities:

• To handle all aspects throughout the procurement process
• To consolidate procurement budget plan and monitor the stock level
• To update sourcing information with strategic plan
• To prepare monthly analysis reports
• To optimize the cost & source structure
• To supervise subordinate to ensure smooth daily operations & records update

Requirements

• Degree holder in Purchasing, Shipping, Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in Procurement
• Good liaison network with overseas & local suppliers
• Strong in communications, problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Office, e.g.PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written English and Chinese
• Able to work under pressure and independently
• Immediate available is an advantage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Officer
