Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Purchasing team in liaising with suppliers
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders with suppliers, i.e. order fulfilment
• Organizing inbound/outbound shipment and documentations
• Data entry; invoice matching; part set-up and other system updates
• Handling ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

• 2-3 years supply chain/logistics related experience
• HKCEE/HKDSE or above. University preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office, and fast learner of software
• Proactive, well-organized, good sense of responsibility
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Permanent resident with HKID
