• Prepare and draft tender documents, purchase agreements/contracts 
• Review on agreements and facilitate negotiation with suppliers on prices, terms & conditions
• Develop effective sourcing strategy to manage demand & supply and implement the strategy across teams and stakeholders
• Oversee shipment arrangement and handle shipping documents
• Involve in the entire procure-to-pay process
• Assist in the implementation of Towngas fuel/feedstock procurement policies, standards, processes and procedures
• Improve and optimize end-to-end procurement process to drive commercial effectiveness, deliver efficiency gains and enhance supplier risk management
• Assist the Managers to plan, implement and monitor multi-projects in a timely, cost-effective and quality manner
• Assist in ad-hoc duties and projects as required

• Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines
• At least 5 years’ experience in purchasing, preferably with experience on contract and vendor management
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese) 
• Knowledge of legal & compliance, finance practices, regulatory and tax related to Procurement is preferable
• Proficiency in PC applications such as Access, Excel and Word; SAP knowledge is preferable
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Member of Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply or Institute for Supply Management is an advantage
• Occasional travel to Mainland may be required
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Purchasing Executive
