F&B Purchasing Supervisor

Responsibilities:

l   Responsible for the source and purchase of ingredients, equipment & ware etc to meet operational needs and to achieve targets set by the company

l   Process purchase orders, monitor the delivery and quality of goods, inventory control, cost management through interaction between internal and external parties

l   Develop new suppliers relationship and maintain good supply chain management

l   Measure and analyze the performance of the assigned categories

l   Maintain and update the purchase database records

l   Ad hoc duties assigned by F&B Operation General Manager

Requirements:

l   Diploma or relevant professional qualifications in purchasing / supply management

l   At least 5 year's relevant working experience in purchasing field, mainly in food and beverage, exposure in food retail business an advantage

l   Excellent communication skills coupled with strong negotiation techniques

l   Strong numerical ability and analytical skills

l   Well organized with good interpersonal , hard-working and able to work under pressure

l   Familiar in MS Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint)

l   Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

l   Less experience will be considered to be Purchasing Officer
