Job Description
We are a healthcare & personal care company and now looking for a Purchasing Assistant to join our business.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Purchase Order (PO) preparation and follow-up
- Collect delivery note and invoice for payment preparing
- Data input and provide clerical support
- Perform purchasing administrative work. e.g. sample arrangement
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superiors
Requirements
- Experience in Purchasing and/or Sourcing field
- Good at system data entry and familiar with EXCEL basic function
- Good communication & problem-solving skills
- Detail-minded and able to work independently
- Able to manage order schedule
