Assistant Merchandiser / Clerk (Trading; HK$15K-18K; Fresh Graduate Welcome; 5 Day)

Job Responsibilities:
Maintain & support office daily operation
Coordinate with internal and external parties on vendor sourcing
Liaison with the manufacturers and factories, handling purchasing and shipping related activities.
Preparing quotations and handling enquiries from the contractor and communicating with our manufacturers.
Sourcing of new manufacturers
Perform any ad hoc tasks projects and assignments as requested by Manager

Requirements:
Tertiary education or above with 1-2 years of experience in purchasing / shipping industry are preferred.
Good command of written and spoken Cantonese and English
Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office is a must
Well-organized, self-motivated, hardworking and with good communication skills
