Responsibilities:

• Responsible for merchandise mix and assortment planning in accordance with respective merchandising strategies
• Set annual and seasonal sales targets and open-to-buy budgets, execute merchandising plans to achieve sale and profit goals
• Work closely with operations and marketing teams on product mix and brand promotion activities
• Provide product training and fashion trend information to the front line staff
• Communicate with Principle about market needs and specific local requests

Requirements:

• Degree holder in fashion or business related discipline
• At least 3 years’ buying experience in fashion retailing
• Strong fashion and market sense with excellent presentation, planning and analytical skills
• Knowledge of window display design and visual presentation is an advantage
• A good team player with leadership qualities and sharp business acumen
• Proficiency in Japanese language is preferred but not a necessity
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese, conversational Putonghua is required
