Our client is a reputable US-listed MNC with strong presence in Asia Pacific, currently they have over 2,000 workforce around the globe. To cope with the business expansion, they are looking for a high caliber talent to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle sourcing requests from different departments
• Coordinates day-to-day logistics activities and perform price negotiation with suppliers
• Processing purchase orders and liaising with overseas and local suppliers
• Coordinate company's end-to-end supply chain to ensure products delivery on schedule from origins to destinations
• Reviewing of suppliers’ performance and maintain suppliers’ database
• Coordinating action among various departments, sales administration, finance, IT departments

Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing or Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 3 years relevant experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
• Oracle and ServiceNow knowledge is advantageous
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English, Cantonese; Written English and Chinese is a must
• Team player with sense of responsibilities and independence.
