Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- Professional law firm with over 40 years history in Hong Kong
- Hong Kong office : 130 - 150 staff
- We offer comprehensive legal services to individual and corporate clients covering various aspects including but not limited to litigation, commercial, corporate and property related practices
- We are looking for SENIOR COMPANY SECRETARIAL OFFICER – with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Report to Senior Partner
- Function as team leader of Company Secretarial Team of 3-4 members
- Handle full range of company secretarial matters including formation of companies (both Hong Kong and Offshore)
- Responsible for organizing Annual General Meetings and occasionally attending these meetings with Company Partner
- Prepare minutes and statutory forms
- Ensure compliance with regulatory disclosure, reporting and statutory filing requirements
- Attend to clients’ inquiries with minimum supervision
- Associate Member or above of ICSA/HKICS
- Min. 7 years experience preferably gained in professional firms or sizeable listed companies
- Good communication skill in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Computer literate including MS words, Excel, Power point and CSA
- 5 days work

- More solid experience will be considered as Assistant Company Secretary
