Responsibilities: 

• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentations, commercial contracts and intellectual properties
• Work and provide legal advice internally, including but not limited to legal policies and procedures
• Partner with external counsels on legal and regulatory matters
• Assist in the legal aspects of ad hoc assignments
• Report to Legal Counsel

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree holder in Law
• Hong Kong qualified lawyer with 5 years’ PQE in listed companies
• Experiences in handling litigation, commercial contracts and intellectual properties
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Working location: Tseung Kwan O Industrial Estate
