Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute strategies for Group / Property Management department sustainability projects
  • Work with internal and external parties to prepare departmental sustainability reports independently
  • Execute, promote, monitor, and evaluate departmental sustainability projects
  • Support teams in implementing sustainability projects through data collection & analysis to meet departmental objectives and goals
  • Incorporate global sustainability trend / Group target into departmental sustainability strategies
  • Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis for compiling and consolidating reports
  • Support management in establishing and implementing plans to be in line with company and departmental objectives

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
  • Minimum 2 years' relevant experience with sustainability compliance work for sizeable companies
  • Experience in the facility management industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards, an added advantage
  • Capable of carrying out both quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, and familiarity with MS Office and Chinese Processing
  • Good planning, organization, and project management skills
  • Strong research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
