Job Description
Responsibilities
- Design and execute strategies for Group / Property Management department sustainability projects
- Work with internal and external parties to prepare departmental sustainability reports independently
- Execute, promote, monitor, and evaluate departmental sustainability projects
- Support teams in implementing sustainability projects through data collection & analysis to meet departmental objectives and goals
- Incorporate global sustainability trend / Group target into departmental sustainability strategies
- Conduct quantitative & qualitative analysis for compiling and consolidating reports
- Support management in establishing and implementing plans to be in line with company and departmental objectives
Requirements
- Degree holder in Environmental Science, Engineering or any qualifications demonstrating the understanding of sustainability
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience with sustainability compliance work for sizeable companies
- Experience in the facility management industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of carbon accounting / verification and energy efficiency assessments and familiarity with prevailing international sustainability standards, an added advantage
- Capable of carrying out both quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Proficiency in computer applications, including data analysis tools, and familiarity with MS Office and Chinese Processing
- Good planning, organization, and project management skills
- Strong research, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Good team player and able to work independently under tight deadlines
