Job Description

The Customer Data Analyst is an integral role in business strategic decisions through analytics with a heavily data-driven approach and operational mindset. The candidate requires strong analytical skills, persistence in looking for solutions, good project management skills and ability to present a feasible strategic plan. 

Customer Analytics

  • Develop customer intelligence by painting the customer journey, audience segment, and formulate customer-centric analysis;
  • Create customer life-cycle models to support strategic planning to enhance customer loyalty;
  • Analyze user behaviour and segment audience for remarketing;
  • Take ownership in setup and conduct regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports as required;
  • To take a leading role in the conversation with internal departments and stakeholders to understand campaign needs and provide recommendations on customer targeting approach;
  • Keep track on KPIs and regular analysis on CRM and members’ performance.

General Analytics

  • Build and maintain an analytical framework for regular reporting;
  • To consistently monitor and review the CRM system performance and capability. Work closely with IT department on system enhancement;
  • Handle a variety of data sets (from internal and external) and assist in data collection and data massaging;
  • Project manage by working closely with Marketing Team, Planning team, IT Team and external parties to create and implement campaign and tool;
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive changes based on learning results;
  • Perform other duties as assigned by Marketing & CRM Manager.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 3 years or above experience preferably from consumer and retail industry;
  • Degree holder or above in Business/ Business Analytics/ Statistics or related disciplines;
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Knowledge of SQL programming is a must;
  • Experience in CRM is a plus;
  • Multi-tasking skill with agility and flexibility with good prioritization;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate performance from a data-driven mindset;
  • Able to work independently and under pressure, as well as cooperate well with team and stakeholders to achieve company goals;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Proactive, responsible, willing to learn, and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.
