• to prepare minutes and annual returns for the group companies; 
• to maintain proper corporate records and files for all group companies; 
• To observe compliance of relevant regulations, procedures, ordinance and Acts for all group companies;
• To prepare necessary company and government filings required in respect of the Group’s PRC incorporated companies;
• To assist in the translation of Chinese language documents into English;
• Assist with compiling reports in relation to company sustainability policies and reporting
• In addition to the above-mentioned duties, carry out other tasks under the instruction of the employer. 

Requirements

• More than 2 years’ experience in a paralegal, legal secretarial and/or company secretarial role;
• Prior experience in a private company is an advantage but not essential;
• Associate of the Hong Kong Chartered Governance Institute an advantage but not essential;
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese word processing, knowledge of CSA is an advantage;
• High degree of motivation and technical ability.
