Responsibilities:

• Assisting the in-house lawyers in reviewing and preparing corporate and commercial legal documents
•  Assisting the in-house lawyers in preparing and updating the internal templates for day-to-day business, including but not limited to NDAs, service agreements and inter-company loan agreements
• Conducting legal research for ad hoc projects, such as employment, IP, international trade and banking matters
• Assisting the filling of documents to respective files in filing room
•  Sort out documents and put in order for ad hoc projects (e.g. facility documents, NDAs / change of bank signatories)

Requirements:

• Undergraduate in law
• Have basic understanding about business contracts and legal documents preferred but not essential
• Good file & record management sense
• Excellent English & Chinese comprehension ability
• Excellent Data entry skills
• Sounds PC knowledge

Work Arrangement:

•          Work Location: Central
•          Work Schedule: Five-day work week
•          Internship Period:  June – August
