Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the management of marketing cost budgets for global market lines, focusing on optimizing cost use scenarios to help business expansion.
2. Coordinate the value management of the marketing chain, keep track of business performance to review marketing gross profit and channel effectiveness.
3. Responsible for coordinating monthly operational analysis meetings and preparing operational analysis materials;
4. Responsible formulating business rules and incentive policies in accordance with the company’s development strategies.

Requirement:
1. University graduate in Information Technology/Accounting/Business Administraion or related disciplines;
2. At least 3 years working experience in business analysis and cost management, experience in telecommunications industry is a plus;
3. Familiar with office software, such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Xmind;
4. Strong analytical skills, high level communication and coordination skills;
5. Pay attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
