• Qualified Hong Kong or Overseas lawyer, 5 years or above post-qualification experience
• Sound knowledge in company and commercial law. M&A, securities law, listed companies or compliance experience are preferable 
• Strong communication skill and work ethic, reliability, adaptability and aptitude for learning
