Our client is a top tier financial institution with international presence. They are looking to hire a company secretarial professional for their team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of support on company secretarial matters for legal entities across APAC and other region
• Provide assistance on corporate transactions when necessary
• Maintain statutory records, database and filings 
• Prepare board minutes and written resolutions 
• Provide assistance on ad-hoc matters 

Requirements

• Degree holder in relevant discipline
• 4-8 (+) years of relevant experience from financial institutions/corporates/professional firm/law firm, with degree of flexibility on years of experience.
• Experience in handling company secretarial tasks relating to private subsidiaries across HK and offshore
• Knowledge of SFC licensing requirements would be an asset but not a must
• Meticulous, team player 
• Fluent English and Chinese including Mandarin
