Job Description
Responsibilities：
1. Responsible for the overall work of Income Security Team, establish and end-to-end auditing routine as closed-loop management for all business, organize daily and unexpected audit work from question analyzing to solving, accomplish audit evaluation and reporting to avoid revenue loss.
2. Responsible for overdue payment management, take the lead in formulating norms for overdue payment and ensure the execution among business departments; set target on overdue payment and carry out analysis, assessment and evaluation, and organize special cleaning and supervision.
3. Responsible for internal settlement management, take the lead in formulating rules and norms for internal settlement, and organize the efficient and orderly work of business settlement between operating companies and the HQs, as well as between operating companies.
4. Responsible for the implement and improvement of marketing business information security and business in compliance.
Requirement:
1. University graduate in Information Technology/Economics/Data Science or related disciplines;
2. At least 5 years working experience in business management, experience in telecommunications industry;
3. Familiar with office software, such as Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Xmind;
4. Strong analytical skills, high level communication and coordination skills;
5. Pay attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
6. Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, fluency in Cantonese is preferred.
