Responsibilities:

• Provide professional legal support and advice in the areas of General Litigation, Commercial Contracts and Labor Ordinance etc.
• Draft legal documentations of various natures.
• Provide legal advice in connection with major business initiatives and transactions.
• Implement and monitor systems and procedures to ensure that the organisation is complying with all laws (whether statutory or otherwise and including regulations), industry codes of conduct and company policies.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in legal studies.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Mature and independent, reliable with high integrity and strong sense of responsibility and commercial sense.
• Good communication skills able to communicate effectively at all levels.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
