Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyses property data, prepare valuation model and reports
- Maintain on-going relationship with clients
- Handling annual projects/M&A valuation and liaising with professional parties
Requirements:
- University graduate in Real Estate, Business or related discipline
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Hand on PC skills including Microsoft Words and Excel
- Independent, good communication skill and attention to details
