Job Description
- Work with internal stakeholders to define business models and improve competitive positions in the current business environment
- Lead and improve business transformation strategic activities
- Improve the business through program management and change management
- Assist the leadership on critical decision- making process and business review
- Evaluate the corporate structure and establish KPI when needed
- Provide ad- hoc assistance to the leadership team
- Bachelor degree or above in related disciplines
- At least 5+ years of experiences, ideally from consulting firm
- Prefer relevant experiences in program management and change management
- Experiences in presentation to senior management, ideally to C-level management
- Excellent communications in both English and Chinese; Cantonese is not a must
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
