The client is a global prestigious MNC Insurance Group, is now seeking a new headcount for Sr. Digital Data Analyst (HKD30k - 50k) (PowerBI / Google Analytics) to join their team

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain business datamarts to visualize KPIs, measures in reports and dashboards to empower data analytic capability across functional teams
• Drive implementation and enhancement of web analytics, tag management and visualization using Google Analytics, Hotjar / MS Clarity, MS Power BI suite
• Identify and document requirements for dashboards and reports by working with requesters, SMEs and partners
• Support the continuous enhancement and maintenance of datawarehouse, related ETL processes, reports and dashboards
• Closely work with IT teams and vendors for solution implementation; prepare and execute test plan, test cases and user training
• Assemble system performance statistics, analyze them and make recommendations for continuous improvement
• Establish and maintain data dictionary, user guide and other related documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Web Analytics, Data Analysis and Visualization
• Experience in insurance / financial services / banking industry is a plus
• Experience in Google Analytics and tag management to track web traffic, access behavior, etc.
• Experience in MS Power BI suite
• Experience in data integration, ETL with datawarehouse / BI platform
• High proficient in SQL, data modeling
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure / Hotjar / MS Clarity / HTML / Python / R / machine learning is an advantage
• Able to articulate business processes / requirements / ideas to all levels with good communication and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese / Cantonese
