Responsibilities:

• Assist in a full range of company secretarial matters within the Group
• Responsible for statutory compliance duties including arranging for Annual Return and maintenance of corporate records
• Provide administrative support to Legal and Insurance team includes data entry, filing, and other administration duties

• Degree holder in company secretarial or related discipline
• Minimum one year experience in company secretarial field preferably in listed companies
• Self-motivated, detail-minded and ability to work independently
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, fluency in Putonghua
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in reading and interpreting rules and regulations is an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word & Excel)
• Immediate available is preferable
