• Support the Senior Manager in the execution of commercial strategies to drive organic growth through various cross sell /up sell initiatives
• Support and deliver various commercial and sales campaigns by identifying the target audience, eDM assembling, etc.
• Tracking/monitoring inbound and outbound email campaigns, producing FAQs and generating post-campaign metrics report
• Produce regular reports to track commercial initiatives and campaigns
• Organize and coordinate internal trainings, external client webinars, seminars, conferences, etc.
• Assist the Global Lead in preparing presentations for APAC Leadership and ExCo meetings
• Support the maintenance and update of the business intranet site and other internal databases
• Support the Senior Manager on any ad hoc duties as assigned

• Degree holder in business, sales, or marketing related discipline
• Minimum 4 years working experience in a sales support or operations role
• High proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word)
• Experience working in a multinational / global organisation is preferred 
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a global team based in multiple time zones
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills collaborating effectively with individuals across a matrix organisation
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to prioritise and simultaneously work on different projects
• Professional proficiency in written and oral English is required
• Fluency in additional languages would be a further asset, e.g. Chinese
