Job Duties:

1.  Reviewing / drafting legal documents such as, tenancy agreement, supplier/service contract, non-disclosure agreements, distribution agreements and other commercial contracts in Chinese and English.
2.  To update/maintain databases and system of contract management.
3.  To liaise with business units, suppliers, &/or law firm for legal and related work.
4.  To provide day-to-day administrative and legal support to Legal Team and senior management.
5.  Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements:

1.  Holder of a law degree (LLB) or a diploma in law/legal studies or equivalent.
2.  Minimum 1 years of working experience as a legal assistant in a sizeable organization.
3.  Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written and oral). Proficiency in
4. Putonghua is not necessary, but would be an advantage.
5.  Independent, Analytical, well organized with attention to details.
6.  Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
7.  Proficiency in PC knowledge including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
8.  Immediate available is preferred.
