Job Duties
-Exceed client expectations by building robust relationships and a detailed understanding of each clients’ organization and recruitment needs
-Perform full lifecycle of executive search process comprising of sourcing, networking, qualifying, salary negotiation, interviewing and on-boarding
-Pre-screen candidate applications and resumes for required skills, experience, and knowledge to fit position requirements. Make referrals to hiring manager and ensure efficient turn-around activity.
-Keep abreast of industry trends and business economies
-Conduct telemarketing to generate new business leads in the IT sector

Requirements
-Students from Information Systems, IT, Business &management, HR, Marketing, Social Science or other related subjects
-Applicants with interest in data science and IT is a must
-Interest with HR and recruitment is a must
-Be passionate about people
