Job Description

You are required to:

•      assist with the preparation, review and proofreading of transaction documents;
• • conduct due diligence for transactions;
  • assist with legal and commercial research;
•      prepare English/Chinese bilingual translation;
•      assist in document signing and closing;
•      liaising with internal and external parties;
•      assist in daily operations and provide support to Associates as necessary.

•      Bachelor’s degree or above
•      0-1 year of working experience (fresh graduates welcome);
•      strong multitasking ability in a demanding professional environment;
•      proficiency in Microsoft office;
•      strong English and Chinese language skills required (Mandarin capability preferred);
•      excellent organizational and communication skills
