Responsibilities:

• Work independently and provide a full spectrum of company secretarial service for the listed company and its subsidiaries to ensure compliance with the Listing Rules, applicable laws and regulations

• Handle statutory filings and correspondences with the relevant regulatory authorities and government departments
• Handle ad-hoc projects and completion of new deals as assigned

Requirements:

• Qualified professional with HKICS / ICSA membership
• 10 – 15 years’ related experience in listed companies
• Familiar with listed and compliance rules and regulations
• Knowledge of the Listing Rules, the Companies Ordinance and the Securities and Futures Ordinance
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and under tight schedule
• Presentable with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
