Primary duties and responsibilities:

• Apply analytical methods and visualization to solve business problems using reporting software such as Power BI
• Prepare business performance reports for management review
• Provide support and maintenance to developed solutions
• Coordinate UAT and rectify errors encountered by users
• Understand user requirements from business counterparts, formulate/analyze solutions put forward by technical teams or vendors
• Liaise and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure the solution meets business needs and requirements

Qualifications and experience:

• Diploma / Degree holder in preferably in Computer Science / Statistics / Mathematics / Business administration or related discipline
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Data Analytics, system development or related areas
• Hands-on experience with relational databases, BI tools; Knowledge of using SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Azure would be considered an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to details
• Self-motivated and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
