Job Description
Our client is an international law firm with offices across the globe. They are currently seeking a paralegal to join their expanding Dispute Resolution team in Hong Kong Office and assist them a range of sophisticated cases.
Responsibilities:
Closely working with the Partners and the team, your major job duties will include but not limited to:
- Assisting lawyers in investigations and case management
- Performing general legal and commercial research
- Preparing legal documents e.g. pleadings, affidavits, articles of incorporation, closing papers and binders for lawyers
- Proof-reading / amending / drafting transaction documents
Requirements:
- Degree holder in law or equivalent
- At least 1 year solid experience in litigation area, ideally from internationally law firm
- Excellent command in both English and Mandarin is definitely essential to this role
