Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall property management work of the estate assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in property management or related disciplines
• Member of MKIH/CIH/Registered Professional Housing Manager
• Minimum 8 years' working experience in property management of which at least 5 years in managerial grade
• Mature, confident and presentable, outgoing with initiative and able to work independently
• Strong in leadership/presentation/communication/interpersonal skills and maintain good rapport with residents
• Good computer knowledge in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Knowledge/Experience in Financial budget and other accounting process
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Experience in monitoring renovation project is required
• Experience in managing luxurious residential estate and working closely with I.O.
• Well-versed with Building Management Ordinance and Deed of Mutual Covenant
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estate Manager
