Responsibilities 

• Handle all tenancy matters and related enquiries efficiently
• Manage and maintain a good tenant’s filing system
• Monitor and ensure a proper billing record, data input in ERP system in a timely manner
• Provide full spectrum of administration works and support to the team, documents include but not limited to License and Tenancy Agreements

Requirements 

• Degree / higher diploma holder in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Well organized and attentive to details and numbers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with all levels of stakeholders internally and externally
• Reliable and able to work independently
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
