 Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Manage Data centre service providers in different regions to execute preventive maintenance and DC facility related check
• Monitoring and supervising of works and services performed by sub-contractors and make sure the job is done according to customer’s requirement and up to service standard 
• Daily operations including duty schedule arrangements and liaison with staff members and interdepartmental personnel for staff recruitment and payrolls follow up
• Continuous improvement of facilities operations and management process
• Regular check to ensure the maintenance, cleanliness and service standard are well maintained
• To handle administrative support to FM team
• Any ad-hoc tasks/projects to be assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Facility/Property Management and/or other related studies 
• More than 2 years practical work experience in Facility/Property Management and/or other related industries.
• Positive thinking and willing to work under pressure
• Strong sense of management and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Chinese in both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills with all levels
• Hands on experience in PC operations of MS Word, Excel is a must
