Our client is the family of the chairman for a reputable and listed conglomerate, based here in Hong Kong. They are now seeking for a Household Manager to oversee all matters within their upscale residence.

 Job Duties:

• Oversee the family's personal and household matters
• Assist in organizing and scheduling the family’s daily activities and events
• Manage and monitor other staff members such as domestic helpers, driver, chef etc.
• Responsible for managing the household’s calendar, travel plans and social event arrangements.
• Maintain the upkeep of the residential premises, including but not limited to renovations, repairs, and maintenance.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

•  At least 6 years of relevant experience handling personal and household duties for sizeable and reputable families
• Good communication skills with a strong command of English, Cantonese & Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination and organization skills
• Mature and professional with a positive demeanour
•  Able to adapt to an exciting and fast-paced work environment
