Job Description
Our client is an extremely well-known and successful, international real estate company that are looking to grow their team in Hong Kong with energetic, well-spoken and confident sales executive.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain relationships with the target market, introduce them to UK based residential investment opportunities on offer
- Host and attend relevant events to network with the important stakeholders in the industry
- Identify the locations where investors are interested in and find investment opportunities for them in those places
- Build up a database of your own clients that you can manage for continuous business opportunities
- Understand the main characteristics of the areas where the investment properties are located, this will allow you to present the products to the clients with more information
Requirements:
- An undergraduate degree in business, property or a relevant discipline
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Knowledge and/or interest of the UK residential property market
- Access to an existing network of potential clients is highly advantageous
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
