Duty Hours: 0800-1800 Mon-Fri (Excluded Sat , Sun,PH,SH)

Responsibilities:

• Perform receptionist duties including answering telephones, forward phone calls accurately, daily courier arrangement etc.
• Telephone & email enquiry, appointment booking
• Greet guests/visitors with professional manner
• Guests registration
• Performs ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
• Ensure reception area is tidy, comfortable, safe and well-organized

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with at least 1 year of relevant work experiences
• Good command of both written and oral English, Cantonese, and Putonghua
• Proficient in PC operations, e.g. MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills, helpful and attentive to details
• Able to work independently
