Responsibilities:

• Reporting to the Property Manager on day-to-day activities on all operational and procedure matters;
• Assist in tenancy issues, preparing management budgets and ensuring tenancy regulations are within compliance;
• Maintain good relationship with tenants;
• Coordinate with technical services, security and reinstatement works;
• Perform all other duties as assigned by the seniors;

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Property Management or relevant  
• 2+ years’ experience in property management works   
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Good command of Chinese and English
