About Our Client (Japanese Company) Job Description
Our client, one of the Japanese Companies, is now looking for a Japanese Speaking Consultant to join their Team. The job duties are as follows:
- Handle daily leasing enquiries
- Tenancy liaison and negotiation
- Coordinate property viewing, visit properties with clients
- Tenancy administration
- Coordinate handover & takeover of premises
- Liaise with agency contacts
- Maintain and develop property and client database
- Diploma or above
- Experience in working as consultant/sales in Japanese company is advantage
- Experience in working in property agency is highly preferred
- Experience in serving Japanese clients preferred
- Good Command of English & Mandarin
- Japanese speaking, JLPT N2 or above
- Immediately available preferred
