• Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years' relevant working experience of which 1 year at supervisory level
• Knowledge and experience in Shopping Arcade Management preferred
• To oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management, etc.
• To monitor property management income and expenses and to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
